Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962. The parent company, Driessen Water, Inc. has 24 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.

Position Description:

The right candidate will have the desire to work as part of a team to grow the Western Colorado markets. He or she will have a demonstrated passion for excellence, have strong leadership competencies, will be customer focused, organized, have strong communication and presentation skills, and driven to succeed. The primary responsibilities are to provide encouraging leadership, run an efficient operation, and provide direction to grow market share within the territory.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the location
• Manage the inventory, accounts payable, and receivables
• Maintain an awareness of revenue responsibilities to goals and put action plans in place as needed.
• Manage labor utilization including hiring and terminations of the location.
• Provide coaching and training to other members of the leadership teams.
• Oversee the performance review process, performance improvement plans, promotions, etc.
• Uphold all safety practices and manage workers-compensation process for the location
• Prepare monthly staff meetings
• Create a culture and environment for employee success.

Job Qualifications:

• BS degree with an emphasis in Management, Operations or Marketing preferred along with 5+ years of management / leadership experience.
• Experience in the Water Treatment Industry strongly preferred.
• Experience with Commercial and Industrial water purification applications preferred.
• Proven track record of growing revenue or business within a territory
• Community involvement
• Desire to build positive rapport with staff and staff development.
• Ability to obtain a Water Quality Association – CWSI certification within one year of hire.
